Why JahSonFire?
My name is Jason Blackburn, and I love Jesus Christ. I believe God's name is JAH, from Psalm 68 in the KJV — and that my own name, Jason, carries JahSon within it. Blackburn: God is a consuming fire, the Bible says. JahSonFire.
I grew up in my dad's car paint shop. I mixed and sold paint for years. Then one day, by grace, God put a canvas in front of me — and taught me to paint the cross with my own hands. I was mocked for how badly I played guitar, so I kept playing anyway — for Him, not for them.
Everything here flows from one belief: I believe in love. That's why the paintings are free, the music is free, and the Bibles are free. If something here blesses you, it has done its work.
